- *Most current Unit Mix or Unit Statistics Report including Current and Market rates (apartment properties)
- *Trailing Profit & Loss Statements (the more the better)
- Copy of most current Tax Bill
- Loan Docs (if assumable)
Please provide a list of any special assumptions:
- General Vacancy
- Market Rents
- Expense Assumptions
- Financing (Rate, Term, LTV)
- Reversion Pricing
Any undisclosed assumptions will be calculated as general market assumptions based on current market condition.
Alternative assumptions may be provided after our initial underwriting as amendments to the analysis.
