REsheets is back! And with our “second launch†we have a few points to prepare you for what’s ahead:
1)     Consistent CRE Conversation. That’s right, our blogs will debut on scheduled intervals so you know when to find us and what to expect. We will reveal some great new segments guaranteed to stir the business brass and gratify that stubborn part of you that appreciates a bit of entertainment. Expect a blog every bit as researched and professional as a prime CRE Spotlight with a bit of the unique pizzazz REsheets brings to the table.
2)     REdesign: REsheets is revamping its interface! Expect a site with simplified navigation and straightforward material. Our immediate goal is an open-community platform delivering solid CRE content, and if you feel you’re ready to take the next step and dive into our products or services, we’ll be sure you know exactly what you’re signing up for (and if you don’t mind our straightforwardness, you’re gonna like it).
3)     Products and Services: That’s our bread and butter, that’s what keeps this site running. We’re not here to sugarcoat it; our content is a means of delivering useful information to you in order to build your trust, push traffic to the site, and eventually form a business relationship. We have the best Commercial Real Estate financial analysis anywhere, we know that, but you need to know that. So we’ll make it easy with sample reports, shared fundamentals of analysis and software, and complete transparency. But hey, stick around no matter your interest, despite what we’d say, we like you here, and we want you to enjoy our content.
4)     Interaction: REsheets is making it easier to be a part of this business community.  Business is time consuming, so we want the most out of it. You’ll find increased ways for you to interact, to gain some useful information, to share some useful information, and even drum up some business. Very shortly we’ll reveal some of our earliest volunteers, and we’re sure you’re going to have a few new tricks to drop at the office.
We look forward to you being a part of REsheets community, whether you’re starting out or an old time veteran, really, it’s not the run, it’s the camaraderie: we’re sprinting together.
